Main Menu Options

A link to the CD-Runner Main Menu screen is provided when using any of the 
Runner sub-sections (e.g. while using the Audio CD Runner) to access other 
CD-Runner sections. To access, press the "Menu" button. The menu screen 
displayed allows access to the Media Runner, CD-ROM Runner, RD-Runner, 
Audio CD Runner, Help section, Libraries, Setup section, or if desired 
allows you to Exit CD-Runner. 


Runner Options:

AUDIO CD RUNNER

Allows access to the Audio CD Runner section. This will close the Main Menu 
display, and display the Audio CD Runner screen as long as an audio CD is 
placed in the primary CD-ROM drive. If a CD-ROM has been placed into the
primary CD-ROM drive instead, then you will automatically access the CD-ROM
Runner. Once in the Audio CD Runner you may also access the audio CD Library
(for the audio CD loaded) or access the audio CD database.


CD-ROM RUNNER

Allows access to the CD-ROM Runner section. This will close the Main Menu 
display, and display the CD-ROM Runner screen as long as a CD-ROM is placed
in the primary CD-ROM drive. If an audio CD has been placed into the
primary CD-ROM drive instead, then you will automatically access the Audio
CD Runner. Once there, you will be able to install or automatically identify
and run a variety of Windows applications which are found on a given CD-ROM.
Once in the CD-ROM Runner you may also jump directly to key sections using 
the control panel buttons and hotlinked text.


RD RUNNER

Allows access to the Removable Disk Runner section. This will close the Main
Menu display, and display the RD Runner screen. Once there, you will be able 
to install or automatically identify and run a variety of different types of 
removable disks (MO rewritable optical disks, floppy disks etc.). Once in the 
RD Runner you may also jump directly to key sections using the control panel 
buttons and hotlinked text.


MEDIA RUNNER

Allows access to the Media Runner section. This will close the Main Menu 
display, and display the Media Runner screen. Once there, you will be able 
to play Movie, MIDI or Wave (AVI, MMM, MOV, MPG, MID, RMI or WAV) files in
any desired sequence. You may also program sequences for later playback,
zoom in on Movies as they are being played or use a variety of useful controls
and options to optimize your enjoyment of media files.Once in the Media Runner 
you may also jump directly to key sections using the control panel buttons and
hotlinked text.


Toolbar Options:

AUDIO CD LIBRARY

Allows access to the Audio CD Library. All of the common database functions 
are available to view, edit, add, delete, sort, search and print records.
Note that if the contents of an Audio CD are viewed, everything will be shown
except the time per track and total time (which is read at run time). Note 
that if the password option is being used, the user will be prompted to enter 
the correct password before access is allowed.


CD-ROM LIBRARY

Allows access to the CD-ROM Library. All of the common database functions 
are available to view, edit, add, delete, sort, search and print records.
Note that if the password option is being used, the user will be prompted to 
enter the correct password before access is allowed.


RD LIBRARY

Allows access to the RD Library. As above, all of the common database 
functions are available to view, edit, add, delete, sort, search and print 
records. Note that if the password option is being used, the user will be 
prompted to enter the correct password before access is allowed.


SETUP

Allows access to the CD-Runner Setup Section. Note that if the password 
option is being used, the user will be prompted to enter the correct password 
before access is allowed.


MIXER

Runs the mixer specified in the setup section. In none is specified, then
CD-Runner will attempt to run the Windows Volume Control application.


WEB

Runs the Web Browser specified in the Setup-Advanced section. This allows
you to access the CD-Runner Web Site (www.cdrunner.com) or any other 
desired URL while running CD-Runner at the same time.


EJECT

This option allows you to eject the CD in the primary CD-ROM drive.


UNDO

This option allows you to undo the color, font or graphics changes made.


FONT

This option allows you to change the font type and color used in the text
display window.


COLOR

This option allows you to change the background color used in the text 
display window.


EXIT

This option allows you to close all CD-Runner screens, timers, etc. and 
exit to Windows. Note that if the password option is being used, the user 
will be prompted to enter the correct password before exit is allowed.


In addition to the above options, additional options and features are
included in the pulldown menus. You may also get help at any time by 
pressing function key F1 or by selecting help from the menu.
